Antares Audio Technologies has unveiled AutoTune Advanced, a cutting-edge vocal tuning software aimed at achieving precise pitch correction while maintaining the singer’s natural vibrato and character. The launch introduces a revamped pitch-correction algorithm and a patent-pending DVA engine designed to detect and preserve a vocalist’s natural vibrato, ensuring the integrity of vocal expression across varying levels of pitch correction.
Designed to cater to diverse recording and production needs, AutoTune Advanced includes new operational modes: Live, Low Latency, and High Quality. The Live mode enables rapid real-time monitoring, while the other modes offer added flexibility for tracking and mixing purposes. This makes the software adaptable to various production environments.
The software also features Creative Vibrato FX, allowing users to apply controlled vibrato effects, along with a real-time vibrato visualizer. Additional updates include an enhanced Formant Designer, a custom scale workflow, a 78-note Visual Keyboard, and MIDI Perform, which provides hands-on control over tuning and vibrato settings. Established controls such as Flex Tune and Humanize remain, alongside Classic and Modern modes that support different vocal-production approaches.
To further enhance user experience, AutoTune Advanced comes with a collection of presets developed in collaboration with professional producers and artists. This latest offering became available on September 24 and is accessible as a perpetual license or through the AutoTune Unlimited subscription. Existing subscribers of AutoTune Unlimited will receive access to the new software as part of their current subscription, ensuring they benefit from the latest advancements without additional cost.
